Hello Dolly Policies (PLEASE READ IN FULL PRIOR TO BOOKING)
A non-refundable $50 deposit via credit card (Visa/MC) is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be due in CASH or CREDIT on the day of your cosmetic tattoo appointment.
*ALL PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE GST AND WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
You will receive a booking confirmation via email along with information on how to prepare for your appointment.
Touch ups are an additional cost. The first one must be booked NO LATER than 8 weeks after your initial appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee on top of your touch up fee.
For appointments rescheduled or cancelled a week in advance a $50 cancellation fee will be added to the rescheduled appointment. For appointments rescheduled or cancelled 72 hours or less in advance the deposit will be forfeited and 50% of the service fee (first sessions) or 50% of the session fee will be charged to the credit card on file (second sessions and touch ups). Only one rebooking is allowed.
No shows will forfeit their deposit and will be charged 100% of the service fee. A second full deposit is required for a new booking.
No children or pets are allowed in the studio to prevent cross contamination.
PRICES AND TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME WITH NO NOTICE.
If you have had previously tattooed brows, please text a clear photo of your brows prior to booking for approval. All previous work is considered a full service and subjected to an extra charge of $100+ depending on current brow situation.
RESTRICTIONS APPLY IF UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Pregnant
History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring (Powder Ombré is fine)
Accutane in the past year
Skin irritations, Psoriasis, or Eczema near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
Diabetic (please consult doctor)
Chemotherapy (please consult doctor)
Viral infections and/or diseases
Epilepsy
Under 18 years old
Botox within 4 weeks of your appointment
Chemical peel within 2 weeks of your appointment
Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.
